In this interaction between three females, the German shepherd cross, who is being followed by an Australian cattledog and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, jumps up against her owner looking for support. As the Shepherd cross is about to land with four paws on the ground, the Staffordshire assumes T2 position, blocking the Shepherd cross, who exhibits a weak threat display indicating fear, then takes a step forward, The Staffordshire stands still, then rotates her hindquarters and displays her shoulder and a tail wag. The Shepherd cross sniffs the Saffordshire, then licks her nose and swallows, glances at the person on her right, licks her nose again and steps back, while the Staffordshire gives a paw jab with her right front paw, licks her nose and then leaves the interaction.

The Czech wolf dog bitch encounters a male Golden Retriever. The two dogs are in frontal stances, and both bow with front legs wide open. The male exhibits an arched raised tail; the female then stands up, and bows; the male stands up and bows; the female bows slightly, the male bows, and the female again bows. The male remains in the bow posture, the bitch exhibits it again, and repeats the bow when the male raises his head. The female's tail is raised; she once again bows slightly; the male lies down and gives a little bark. The bitch twice displays a paw jab twice; the male jabs his paw twice while lying down, then gets up and after leaping twice re-orients in a frontal stance with respect to the bitch, who shows a play bow with front legs wide open which is repeated by the male, who then begins to sniff the ground. The female shows three paw jabs followed by a 'mouse pounce' and punches him with her jaw. The male marks with urine, and the bitch then jumps forward with legs wide open. The male again re-orients into a frontal stance, jumps forward with front legs wide open as if to attack, and the bitch sidesteps him and again re-orients in a frontal stance.
